Black Tech Mafia AI ("BTM AI", "we", "us", or "our") is a ChatGPT integration built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use BTM AI through ChatGPT or any compatible AI platform, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.
BTM AI is operated by BLACK TECH MAFIA, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee.
BTM AI exposes six tools to the AI platform. The table below describes each tool, its inputs, and whether any personal data is collected.

BTM AI does not collect health or medical details, biometric data, government identification numbers, payment card data, bank account data, income or financial hardship information, exact home addresses, race or ethnicity, religion, or school records through its tools. The contact tool accepts only the first name, email address, and optional area of interest listed above. For bootcamp interest, the person submitting the contact details must be the parent or guardian; the tool does not collect student details.
For operational and security purposes, every time any tool is called, we log the tool name, the time of the call (Central Time), and a sanitized summary of inputs. For general tool-call notifications, email addresses are redacted before transmission. A lead-submission notification necessarily includes the submitted first name, email address, and area of interest so BTM administrators can follow up. These notifications are sent through Resend to BTM administrators and are not stored in a database by this server.
When you submit your contact information through the capture_btm_lead tool, we use it for the following purposes only:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than connecting you with BTM programs and follow-up communications.

BTM AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For AI Youth Bootcamp interest submitted through BTM AI, the person providing contact details must be a parent or guardian. The linked application process is handled separately through the BTM website and is subject to its own consent procedures.
BTM AI is operated in the United States. If you access BTM AI from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using BTM AI, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of BTM AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
